Our noblest task is to help you so that you get jewelery that you can have for the rest of your life.
The online shop and the physical store are two separate stores.
There may therefore be a difference in the service we can offer you as a customer. Find more information below.
In our physical store, we want you to have a particularly good experience. We guide you so that you get an insight into the hand-picked materials and the various designs. We like that you know a little about the special and personal jewelery you take home with you.
In the webshop we try to give you the same good service and guidance, but if you feel that you lack or want additional knowledge, then never hesitate to contact us.
Order on the webshop
On the webshop you can order jewelery when it suits you, it is open 24 hours a day. Orders made on the websoppen can be picked up in the store at Gothersgade 31 or sent directly to your door.
All orders placed on the webshop are processed during our physical store's opening hours, as it is the jewelery we sell in the physical store that we also sell on the webshop. We can send jewelery marked with "1 STK IN STOCK" as soon as we see the order, where jewelery with the text "PRE-ORDER" must be produced according to the wishes you have chosen.
Our physical store Gothersgade 31, 1123 København K, has the following opening hours, unless otherwise announced on the webshop:
Tuesday - Friday 12.00 – 17.30
Saturday 12.00 – 14.30
During Christmas there are extended opening hours.
Order in the physical store
In the store you can be guided and inspired for jewelery gifts and self-indulgence. In the store, you can both buy jewelery that is ready to arrive in boxes and/or place orders for the desired piece of jewellery. For orders, we guide you in sizes and material choices and agree with you when the jewelery can be ready. Delivery times for orders are very variable and depend on the desired piece of jewelry, so please inquire finally and especially if there is a desired date for the piece to be finished.
Reservation
We reserve the right for printing errors, any out-of-stock items and indicative prices.
Payment on the webshop
In the webshop, payment is accepted with Dankort, VISA and Master Card. When paying, we use 3D secure, which is a security solution that protects us and our customers against card theft. You can approve your payment with NemID or with a one-time code linked to your phone number. If you have problems with the payment, it may is because you have to get your bank to change the card's amount limit.
You also have the option of paying via Mobilepay. Remember to set your amount limit in your bank if you cannot get the purchase completed through Mobilepay.
The money is only withdrawn from your account when the package arrives shipped from our physical store.
Payment in physical store
The store accepts payment with Dankort, VISA and Master Card.
Delivery on webshop
We always endeavor to send your delivery out as soon as the jewelery is packed, so that the jewelery can bring joy as soon as possible. If delivery is desired before an important date, please attach a note in the notes field under your order or contact us directly so we can get the information.
When the order on the webshop has been completed, an electronic confirmation is sent by email immediately after the final confirmation of the purchase in the webshop.
During a purchase in the webshop, you can choose whether the package is picked up in the store or sent to a specific address. When ordering to an address, the package is sent with insurance.

The delivery time of a package may vary, depending on where it is to be sent. But also whether it is a stock item or pre-order that has been ordered.
Delivery times in DK:
- Up to 6 days if the jewelery is marked with "1 STK IN STOCK" and is thus already in our physical store.
- Up to 5 weeks if the piece of jewelery is marked with "PURCHASE ITEM" and must therefore only be produced in our workshop.
- Up to 6 weeks if the piece of jewelery must first be produced in our workshop and has a longer production time.
There may be longer delivery times with our freight provider in connection with public holidays, Black Friday and Christmas. If we are informed of longer delivery times, we will be notified by email or telephone as soon as possible. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by the shipping provider.
If you receive a package that is damaged during shipping, you must reject the package upon receipt, as we do not accept responsibility for any shipping damage to the jewelry.
Insurance on all package shipments in DK
To ensure that your package arrives safely and due to the value of the jewellery, all shipments are sent as insured value packages. This insurance service is therefore subject to a fee. The fee is of course waived when collecting the jewelery in our physical store.
All value packages have a track and trace service, which makes them traceable.
If the accident happens and the package disappears during transport with the shipping company, the package will be covered by insurance and we will send a new package as soon as possible, but will of course contact you first.
If a unique piece of jewelery is lost during transport, we cannot guarantee that the unique piece of jewelery can be produced again. We will of course do our best to find similar material and recreate the unique piece of jewellery. If it cannot be recreated, we will contact you and jointly find the best solution for a new piece of jewelery or a refund.

Prices of the jewellery
The prices of the jewelery depend on the chosen materials, designs and jewelery sizes. Note that there may be a difference in the price of the same piece of jewelry depending on the size in which the piece is desired.
The price of gold, diamonds and pearls depends on factors that regularly adjust in the global market and can therefore cause price changes with us as well. It is therefore something we cannot predict and therefore we will have to be able to regulate prices regularly. If you have ordered a piece of jewelery that must be produced first, the price may have changed due to the gold price and you will be contacted with the new price of the piece of jewellery. You of course have the option of canceling the order if the new price does not fit the budget.
The purchase receipt is your jewelery certificate. We recommend that it be saved in case of a possible theft case with the insurance company.
If the accident is still the case and you want a replacement estimate for a piece of stolen jewellery, contact us by email or in store. We prepare a document for your insurance case.
Customization of jewelry purchased from the webshop and in store
Purchased jewelery that needs to be changed in size or length must not be used until these changes have been made. Therefore, come to us in the physical store and let us help you take measurements so that we can make the jewelery in the right size.
We offer free customization of newly purchased, unused jewelry from both the webshop and physical store. There may be a fee if the adjustment requires the use of extra material or other major changes to the piece of jewellery. When customizing a piece of jewelry, the jewelry receipt must be brought along, and we will then agree on the customization and endeavor to return it quickly.
Return of jewelery purchased in the webshop
If you regret your purchase, you can exchange your jewelry or request a refund. The jewelery must of course be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Refunds and exchanges are subject to a safe return of the jewelery in undamaged and unused condition, no later than 14 days after your date of receipt.
It is possible to return the jewelery by sending the package back as an insured package or returning it in our physical store.

If you choose to send back, we recommend that you save the receipt on your return shipment, as the date on this also applies as documentation for a timely return.
Please note that return shipping is your responsibility and expense. It must be sent with 'track & trace' and as an insured package.

Return of jewelery purchased in a physical store
If you regret your purchase of finished jewelery in the physical store, you can exchange your jewelery within 14 days. The jewelery must of course be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
You can choose a new piece of jewelry from the store, which you can take with you right away. You can place an order for the desired piece of jewelery so that it is made exactly according to your wishes for size and choice of material. Here the delivery time is agreed in the store. You can also have repairs carried out on old jewellery, old pearl necklaces rewired, rings set in new sizes etc. Finally, ask us. You can also choose to have a credit certificate issued for the amount and use it when it becomes relevant. Credit vouchers and gift cards can be used for up to 2 years from the date of issue.
Unfortunately, we do not have the option to exchange special-ordered jewelry when it comes to special sizes and material choices, unless otherwise specifically agreed on the special-ordered jewelry.
We do not give money back due to, among other things, the fluctuating gold prices and because we are a small independent shop. Fortunately, we have always been able to make customers happy and fulfill new jewelry dreams you can have for life.
Complaint
Jewelery is made to bring joy to happy and satisfied customers. It is of course very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase and are happy with your jewellery. We therefore encourage you to contact us if you experience problems with something you have purchased. Then we will help you in the best possible way.
It is always possible to stop by our physical store with a complaint, regardless of whether the purchase was made in the store or via the webshop.
The Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about a product for up to two years - It's called the right of complaint. The first 1/2 year of the right to claim is called the guarantee. When using the right of complaint, it is of course assumed that your claim is justified and that the fault is not due to improper handling, improper use, normal wear and tear or other improper damage to the product. Customer & privacy policy
We care about our customers, and therefore always ensure that we comply with the legislation. We store personal information confidentially in security systems. The personal information is registered with Signe Abrahamson Jewelry and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
In connection with a purchase at Signe Abrahamson Jewelry, we need the following information from you;

- Email address
We register your personal data with the aim of being able to contact and deliver the item to you, as well as help with any future purchases.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
Director, Signe Abrahamson, and the employees of Signe Abrahamson Jewelry have access to the information registered about you.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with Signe Abrahamson Jewelry, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to shop@signeabrahamson.com . You can have your information deleted at any time by contacting us.
