Old to new

from old memories to new stories

Each piece of jewelry is created with care, calm and craftsmanship in focus.

At Signe Abrahamson Jewelry, we work to give new life to existing and old jewelry – either with a new meaning or a stronger story. Whether it's gold, diamonds, pearls or heirlooms, materials that no longer suit who you are today can be transformed into a new and personal piece of jewelry.

Some jewelry has been allowed to rest in the jewelry box over time, waiting for a new chapter. By taking as a starting point what already exists, unique jewelry is created, where sentimental value and history are preserved, while the design is shaped in close dialogue and given a new unique, personal expression - created especially for you.

This is how the process works.

From conversation to finished jewelry

1. Your materials

You find your old jewelry – perhaps something that has been in the jewelry box for a long time.

Once the materials are gathered, you are ready to book a personal Old to New conversation , where we calmly and in dialogue look at what they can become.

2. Options and design

In the personal conversation, your old jewelry will be carefully reviewed - here we will talk about design, shapes and expressions depending on how your materials can best be reused in the new design.

3. The craft

Once the design has been determined, the piece of jewelry is carefully shaped in the workshop.

Here, work is done with calmness, precision and respect for the materials - and for the history they carry with them.

4. The finished piece of jewelry

A new, personal piece of jewelry is taking shape.

Created from your old gold, diamonds or pearls, according to your choice and your story - you now have a new unique piece of jewelry, made especially for you.
